Yes Cards is a free web application that allows users to create and share digital Valentine's Day cards. The Service enables users to upload photos, select poems, and share personalized cards via unique links.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including photos and text. By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the right to use it
• The content does not violate any third party's rights
• The content is not illegal, offensive, or harmful

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

4. Privacy & Data

When you use the Service, we collect and store:

• Names you provide when creating or responding to cards
• Photos you upload for your cards
• Anonymous usage data via Firebase Analytics
• Local storage data in your browser to track your created cards and responses

We do not sell your personal data. Photos and card data are stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers.

5. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. These ads may use cookies to serve relevant content. By using the Service, you consent to the use of advertising cookies as described in Google's advertising policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The Yes Cards name, logo, design, and code are the property of the Service owner. Pre-written poems provided in the app are original works of the Service. You retain ownership of any photos you upload.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times
• Cards or data will be stored indefinitely
• The Service will be free from errors or interruptions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
